Dr. Gibson joined Metropolitan Anesthesia Consultants in 2007, and currently serves as a member on the Compliance Committee, Credentialing Committee, Peer Review Committee, Recruitment Committee and Metro Political Action Committee. His hospital affiliations include:

Dr. Gibson graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a B.S.in Chemical Engineering. He graduated from the West Virginia University School of Medicine where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Gibson is licensed by the Texas State Medical Board and completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School where he served as chief resident during his final year. Dr. Gibson is currently the Chief of Anesthesia at Medical Center of Arlington. Dr. Gibson is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Gibson has authored several publications and is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, International Society of Research and Anesthesiology, and the Texas Society of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Gibson is married with one child. He enjoys attending church, weight lifting, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
