Stan Morton
Stan Morton is a Healthcare Executive with over 30 years Senior Management experience including 22 years as CEO/President of Acute Care Hospitals in Dallas/Ft. Worth and New Orleans.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Stan has held leadership roles in business and non-profit organizations including serving as Chairman of the Board, DFW Hospital Council, Chairman of the Board Denton Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board for United Way of Denton County and Chairman of the Board of Serve Denton.
Married to Texas Poet Laureate, Karla K Morton and have two adult children, Matthew and Kathryn. Interests outside of work include sailing and attending Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys games.

Andee has over twenty years of practice management in private and hospital-based environments. She is a strong, progressive leader who demonstrates proven success in practice management, operational development and oversight, budgeting, business formation, physician and staff recruitment, project management and leadership steering cultural change.
She was previously the Process Improvement Director in Raleigh, NC where she supported over 450 Anesthesiologists and assisted in onboarding new groups. Prior to that, Andee has worked throughout the US in multiple directorship and vice president roles in Hawaii, Delaware, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Oregon.
She received her bachelor’s degree at Moody Bible Institute, with additional training and certifications from Duke University, Franklin Covey, and more. She is member of MGMA, ACHE and PMP.
Andee breeds Shih Tzu puppies, loves to read and travel.
