Stan Morton is a Healthcare Executive with over 30 years Senior Management experience including 22 years as CEO/President of Acute Care Hospitals in Dallas/Ft. Worth and New Orleans.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Stan has held leadership roles in business and non-profit organizations including serving as Chairman of the Board for the DFW Hospital Council, Chairman of the Board for the Denton Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board for the United Way of Denton County, and Chairman of the Board of Serve Denton.
Married to Texas Poet Laureate, Karla K. Morton and have two adult children, Matthew and Kathryn. Interests outside of work include sailing and attending Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys games.
